I completed my master's in Public health from Northumbria University Newcastle in 2007 and started working in NHS. I have worked in different specialties of Medicine as a Medical Trainee in various NHS hospitals before commencing training in General Practice. I completed my training in General Practice in 2016 and since then have worked as a full-time GP and am a partner in a large practice in Luton. I also became GP Educator for Health Education, East of England in 2020.

I graduated from University College London and the Royal Free Hospital in 2002. I spent my early career in hospitals on a surgical training path, before moving into general practice, where I still work for the NHS. I have held a number of strategic posts, but now concentrate on the wellbeing space. I also run a boutique corporate healthcare company and specialise in holistic health, as well as coaching lifestyle management. I am co founder of Dr K CBD and partner at a large practice in Luton, alongside being the clinical director at Edina Healthcare.

I completed my degree in Medicine in Leeds University in 1988 and my postgraduate diploma in Cardiology in 2004. I am a senior partner at Orchard Medical Practice, Leicestershire and ICS Lead in Cardiology LLR at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester. I am also Clinical Director at Fosseway PCN in Leicestershire.
